ARB Bumper Replacement Bar

Design and Development: 

To complement the Ford Ranger Raptor styling ARB’s engineers have designed and developed a bar style unique to this vehicle platform. The bar has been developed as a full bumper replacement and has been shaped around the Ford grill and OE flares to go with the aggressive stance of the Ford Ranger Raptor. 

The Raptor Bar has been developed with a number of key design criteria: 

• Aluminium construction for maximum weight saving whilst offering a high level of protection to the front end of the Raptor.    
  • Bar pans and wings manufactured from laser cut and folded 4mm 5052 alloy.
  • Bar uprights manufactured from 5mm 5083 alloy.
  • Chassis mounts manufactured from 3mm steel.
• Maintain the OE Approach angle.
• Retain OE tow points.
• Retain OE underbody shield.
• Retain OE LED fog lights.

Due to the Raptor’s calibrated suspension system the bar is not winch compatible. To complement the vehicle flares and grill assembly the bar is finished in ARB+??‚¬?„?s Integrit Textured Black powdercoat.

• Retains Original Equipment LED foglights.
• Retains Original Equipment tow points.
• Retains Original Equipment underbody shield.
• Approximate weight of the bar, chassis mounts and fitting kit is approximately 42kg. Approximately 18kg is removed from the vehicle for fitment for a net weight change of 24kg.
• Finished in Integrit black textured powder coat. Note colour coding is not offered on this finish.

Driving Light Mounts: 

• Laser cut holes are included in the top of the centre pan for a pair of compatible driving lights such as ARB Intensity and Bushranger Lights. 
• Pinning holes for ARB Intensity lights are included. 
• Fitment of four lights will require additional holes to be drilled in the pan of the bar. 
• Within the lower opening there is provision for mounting an AR40 Intensity light bar or a Bushranger LED light bar ( 920mm centre to centre of mount holes).
