ARB is pleased to expand the range of ARB BASE rack VAN applications now releasing a SWB and LWB application for the MY2024.5 Ford Transit Custom (V710).  Key considerations for ARB’s BASE Rack engineers when developing BASE Rack applications for the van segment was the requirement for larger longer racks to suit the larger roof platform. BASE Rack has now introduced a new two piece modular design that is available in three new rack sizes. The new two piece modular design assembles quickly, is easier to store and freight, still retains the fully welded BASE RACK beams, all current BASE RACK features and suited for large roof vehicle platforms. When a two piece rack is specified for an application, the fitting kit has also been designed as a two piece format. Depending on the vehicle specifications existing one piece rack designs are also used in Van Rack applications.

• BASE Rack mounts designed specifically to suit the MY2024.5 Ford Transit Custom van, both SWB and LWB, low roof models (not suitable for High roof version)
• Mounting blades manufactured from powder coated press braked/folded 3.0mm steel
• Wind deflector manufactured from powder coated press formed 2.0mm aluminium
• Optional lightbar available 1780500
• Compatible with all BASE Rack accessories
• Maximum load per BASE Rack beam is 25kg. Loads must be evenly distributed and adequately secured
• Required tools for fitment: basic tool kit, torque wrench, safety knife, metric Torx and allen key sets, plastic trim removal tools
